For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
It can very difficult to overcome fear, it's like an automatic feeling when something doesn't feel right. But with God's help we can eliminate that fear and live in power, love and a sound mind. Let us pray today that God take away that fear so that we may live in peace and of a sound mind.

Dear Jesus
We thank you for your love and for your power. We pray today that you will help us to face our fears head on and say " you will not overcome me anymore". Lord give us strength to do this and the courage we need to resist the tempter. You are almighty and we praise you. In Jesus name, Amen
